1. One-Year Limited Factory Warranty
We stand by the durability and craftsmanship of our products. ALT Lifts warrants that your transfer device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

If a defect arises and a valid claim is made within the warranty period, ALT Lifts will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the device using new or refurbished parts, or
  • Replace the device with a new or refurbished unit.

2. Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or physical damage.
  • Cosmetic wear such as scratches, dents, or broken plastic.
  • Normal wear and tear over time.
  • Consumable parts (e.g., batteries) unless failure occurs due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

3. Support for Expired Warranties
If your warranty has expired, we still offer repair or replacement services for a fee. Contact our customer service team for pricing and support options.

4. Extended Factory Warranty
For added protection, an extended factory warranty is available for purchase. This plan provides coverage beyond the initial one-year period and includes battery replacement, ensuring continued reliability and peace of mind. 5. How to Obtain Warranty Service

Return Policy

We stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. If you need to initiate a return, we’re here to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

1. Machines

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt and are subject to approval.
  • A 40% restocking fee applies to all machine refunds.
  • Machines must be returned in original condition, including packaging, accessories, and documentation.

2. Parts

  • Parts may be returned for a full refund if they are in new, unused condition.
  • Used or worn parts are not eligible for return.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.

3. General Conditions

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which can be obtained by contacting our customer service team.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Cleaning & Disinfection

  • Wipe the surface with a soft cotton cloth and alcohol before use; disinfect after cleaning.
  • Use medical alcohol or non-corrosive disinfectants to clean the device shell and accessories.
  • Do not clean or disinfect the device while it is charging or in use.
  • Do not immerse the device or its accessories in liquid.
  • Do not use corrosive cleaners or disinfectants.
  • Ensure the device and accessories are completely dry before use.

Safe Use & Battery Maintenance

1. Battery Usage:

  • Avoid keeping the device plugged in continuously.
  • Use the battery at least once a week and allow it to deplete before recharging to extend battery lifespan.

2. Long-Term Storage:

  • Charge the battery periodically when not in use to prevent battery failure.

3. Disposal:

  • Dispose of batteries according to local environmental regulations.

4. General Maintenance:

  • If you notice jerking motions when lifting or lowering, apply electric lubricating oil to the long shafts.
  • Periodically check and tighten any loose screws.

5. Water Safety:

  • If the device surface gets wet, wipe it dry with a towel — do not submerge in water.
